Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 655 Wireless All-in-One

My printer stopped working - message "printer offline'.   When I tried to update the driver, I received a message that this printer was not compatible with my Mac OS.    I deleted driver software and attempted to reinstall  - getting same message - printer not compatible with my OS - Mac VENTURA 13.7.6

Hi @JenEgo 

Try to install with the next Apple Smart Tank basic driver:

 

(1) Connect a USB cable between Smart Tank printer and Mac computer:

(2)  Then install the next software

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
