My printer is not allowing me to update the new wifi connections as it appears to be blocked by the person who did the set up. That person is me and I don't know how to unblocked it. Most to the main options are also blocked. Please help me. Kind regards

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

When I go into my HP Printer Home Page(EWS) It shows a lock icon. It indicates that these features have been locked by the administrator. When I click onto it. It asked for my username & password. Which I do not know it. So how do I unlock this? My printer is a HP OfficeJet Pro 6960. Thank You
