@IlmeraB, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Printer not getting connected to AirPrint!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you're unable to find your HP printer on AirPrint. Let's go through some basic troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure Compatibility – Check if your HP printer supports AirPrint.
  2. Check Network Connection – Make sure your printer and Apple device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  3. Restart Devices – Power off and restart your printer, router, and Apple device.
  4. Check Printer Settings – Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your printer and that it's not in sleep mode.
  5. Disable VPN – If you're using a VPN on your Apple device, try turning it off.
  6. Update Firmware – Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed.

For further assistance, please send me your HP printer’s model name and number via private message. I’ll be happy to help! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
