My printer can't shut down even I press the power button forcefully and error message pop up amid printing. (P.S. regardless of sufficient ink and paper)

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to  different wall outlet directly.

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

error on the printing, no error message is shown conceding that

stuck on the printer queue I mean.
