My printer caught on fire

hello yall

today i woke up to the smell of burning, i thought something caught on fire or that my neighbors were burning trash, i ran around the outside and inside of my house when i finally see my printer on fire i tried calling support but my calls dont even go in and when they do they wont answer, i don’t feel like talking to a bot especially about a serious issue like this.
