@Wafer, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Disable via HP Smart App

Open the HP Smart app on your PC or smartphone.

Go to the Printer Settings.

Find Private Pickup / Secure Printing (this might be under "Advanced Settings" or "Security").

Turn it off or uncheck any setting like:

"Hold job until released"

"Send to Private Pickup"

Apply and exit.

Disable in Printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

If the HP Smart app doesn’t give you the option:

Find the printer’s IP address:

On the printer screen, go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi Details.

Note the IP address (e.g., 192.168.1.105).

On your PC, open a web browser and enter that IP address in the address bar (e.g., http://192.168.1.105).

In the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS):

Go to Settings > Security > Secure Print / Private Pickup.

Disable any "Private Pickup" or "Hold print jobs" features.

Click Apply/Save.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
