Product: HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer

Hello everybody,

My printer HP Envy Photo 7134 has been switch off due to a very small electric blackout.  Impossible to restart it.  The screen is blocked at this level.  For my computer, it is off line.  Off course, I have swicht it off several times, remove the cartrigdes but it is still blocked at this screen.

Is anybody can help me, please ?
