My printer does not want to print wirelessly through my laptop after I setup it with the software

Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that both your printer and laptop are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. They must be on the same network for wireless printing to work.

Restart Printer and Laptop:

  • Turn off both your printer and laptop, and then turn them back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connection issues.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Visit the HP Support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. If there are updates, download and install them, as they may address connectivity issues.

Printer Software Reinstallation:

  • Uninstall the printer software on your laptop and then reinstall it. Make sure to download the latest printer drivers and software from the HP website. Follow the on-screen instructions for installation.

Check Printer Status:
