Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Microsoft I have an Officejet 4650. I am using it with the scanner and I find that Microsoft has become the software replacing the HP software. it will only scan one page at a time. How do i get the HP software back?

@DANM78, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

Use the HP Smart app to scan. Download this from the Microsoft Store.

 

For more info on scanning, refer to - How to scan with an HP printer

You may change the settings as required.
