Hi @KJPRINTERMAN

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how frustrating it must be to have your printer fully connected but still refusing to print. Since you've confirmed there are no jams and the HP Smart app isn't working on iOS, let's go through some troubleshooting steps.

1. Restart Everything

  • Power off your printer, router, and iPhone/iPad.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then turn on the router first.
  • Once the router is fully online, turn on the printer and iOS device.

2. Check Printer Status in HP Smart

  • Open HP Smart on your iPhone/iPad.
  • If the printer shows offline, tap Diagnose & Fix (if available).
  • If it’s online but won’t print, try removing and re-adding the printer.

3. Reset Network Settings on the Printer

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to SetupNetwork Settings.
  • Select Restore Network Defaults.
  • Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi using the Wireless Setup Wizard.

4. Check AirPrint Settings

  • Open SettingsWi-Fi on your iPhone/iPad.
  • Ensure your device is connected to the same network as the printer.
  • Try printing from Safari or Notes (instead of HP Smart) to test AirPrint.

5. Update Printer Firmware

6. Watch HP Troubleshooting Videos

Let me know if any of these steps help! I appreciate your patience while we work through this.
