My printer has suddenly stopped working - light are on, advice on HP website was to delete the printer now when connected to my laptop nothing is coming up now!!! Argghhhh!!!!

Are you getting any error messages while printing? 

Which applica5tion are you trying to print from?
Did you try to print from a different application and check if that prints fine?
