I have a HP DeskJet 2700 series 2742e All-in-one printer. It keeps showing up as Offline and I haven't been able to change it.  I did unplug the printer , restarted my laptop and router, but this did not fix it. One message stated that I needed to uninstall my driver and then reinstall it again.  I do not see where to do so. It almost appears that I deleted the driver but not sure if this is true. I do have another HP printer that is not mine which keeps showing up when I search for the DeskJet. As the other printer connects easily, this makes it confusing.
