HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

I thought I got a bad module, but I bought a second one and I have the same issue.  The printer does not recognise that it is there.  It says module missing.

This module is detected by a hall sensor (magnetic sensor) mounted on the front side of the cavity that the duplex module is installed into. Corresponds to the plastic extrusion circled in the picture below which holds the magnet that trips the sensor when you install the module.

Make sure the little button magnet is present, beyond that the sensor plugs into the PCA that contains the power button.
