Product: HP DESKJET 3762

I can’t seem to set this up wirelessly but got around this by using a cable between the printer and my laptop. It lets me print sporadically if I turn it on and off or if I unplug the wire etc. today I’ve just looked and the HP smart has recognised my printer as the HP DESKJET 3700 which it is not. Any ideas? Also the E2 error keeps coming up on it. Thanks
