Product: envy 6400e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've seen similar issues, but not one relevant to the envy 6400e.

My printer started printing only images, no text. Same issue trying to print PDF and word documents.

I found another thread talking about an "enhanced meta file" and disabling "advanced printing features", but I couldn't disable the feature (the checkbox was greyed out) nor find how to do it in the HP app.

My HP Envy started doing the same thing about a month ago. Very frustrating!
