I have tried the steps of unplugging it, waiting 60 seconds, plugging it back in as described on another thread. I want to try taking the ink cartridges out but they are pushed all the way to the right and I can't force them to center so I can access the black cartridge. Not sure if I can release those but this printer worked just fine when I used it last time I did (about a year ago, packed it up and haven't touched it for a year).
I've tried reinstalling drivers through the HP Smart app but it won't recognize my printer via USB because of the code I think. I've tried 2 different devices with the HP Smart app and no success.
Does not appear to be jammed, have taken it apart and looked for jams.
