Product: Hp OfficeJet Pro 9020

I actually own this product but don't know why this system won't allow me to see it in the list. Attached the screenshot requested.

Basic information:
OS Windows 11 - regularly kept up to date
HP Smart app installed. I can see the printer normally
Connected on local network - no problem at all
Printer was originally registered in Switzerland, I was given for free because original owner did not need it anymore. I am in Italy and my SmartInk account is registered in Italy.

When I try to register printer in InstantInk program under my account I get the message that the printer is not compatible with it, but on printer documentation is clearly stated it is. 
I also own an ealier model, OfficeJet 9010, which works perfectly. I cannot understand why it does not work now. Please help.
