HP Recommended

I was cleaning the print heads on my HP Officejet Pro 8610 when it stop. i turned it off but the error message remains and the process wont restart. the error message says there is a problem with the printer or ink system. the cleaning stopped earlier and requested a change of in cartridge, which I did.
