Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

Hello. I have the above mentioned printer. Yesterday I was given a new modem by Optimum which is my ISP. I can connect everything to it, except my printer. When I search for it with my printer, it doesn't show up which I can't understand because even my neighbors internet shows up. What can I do about this?

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Perform the steps from the below-mentioned documents.

 

Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change

Troubleshoot a Wi-Fi connection to an HP printer

Also, update the firmware. Click here
