HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

I have had several communications with VikramTheGreat, who has now abandoned me. His last message was on 6/19 and he said I would have to have "one-on-one interaction to fix the issue via remote assistance." But the steps he gave me to follow in order to contact HP did not work, and I've reached out twice again and have not had a reply. HELP please

Hello Garp_Senchau, once I set my default print setting to black and white, I no longer have the color tab option. Can you access the conversations that I had with him? We went through some troubleshooting that didn't solve the issue.  I replied to his last message but he will not get back to me. It's very frustrating to be abandoned after spending all the time and effort. Thank you. 269laura

Unfortunately, Vikram did not give me a case number!! I saved all the communication in a Word doc. but don't see a way to attach it here. How can I get that to you?

Both you and Vikram have told me to try phone support  but have not provided a phone number. I cannot get to a support phone number on your website. Please give me a number to call.

You told me to get phone support. I have asked repeatedly for the phone number to call, with no response. I now have to assume that HP does not care about the customer. I am going to throw my HP printer in the trash can and buy a different brand. I'll also write a review on the printer, and a review on the "support" in the "HP Community" to let others know that their support people will abandon you before making sure your issue is resolved.
