I can't print anything from my printer, although I can copy documents. Virtual assistant was no help and my warranty is expired, so evidently I can't get live Chat or phone assistance.

Hi @reptie
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It sounds like your printer is experiencing a frustrating issue where it can copy but won't print. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
1. Restart the Printer and Router
- Unplug your printer and router.
- Wait 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
- Try printing again.
2. Check Connection Settings
- Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
- If using a USB connection, try a different port or cable.
3. Check Ink Levels and Printhead
- Even if the printer says ink is full, clogged printheads can cause blank pages.
- Run a printhead cleaning cycle from the printer’s settings.
4. Update Printer Drivers
- Visit HP’s support page for your printer model here and download the latest drivers.
5. Reset the Printer
- If nothing works, try a factory reset from the printer’s settings menu.
Let me know if any of these steps help!
