Product: Deskjet 3632

My Deskjet 3632 printer won't connect to my wireless network so that I can set up my printer. I'm using my Oppo A52 Android phone and I used to be connected on my Oppo AX5 but I now have a new phone and it won't connect. Please help

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Are you getting any error messages?

 

Meanwhile:-

Note:- The printer only supports connections using 2.4GHz, make sure WIFI router is set to 2.4GHz bandwidth.

 

Restore network settings to default settings

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Install HP Smart app to setup the printer to WIFI connection.
