I understand you help setting up your HP ENVY 5644 E-All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

• Is the printer already connected to your Wifi Network same as your PC?
• Do you get any errors when you try to add the printer to your new PC?

While you respond to that, you may download the drivers for your printer:  Software and drivers for HP ENVY 5644 e-All-in-One Printer

Once downloaded you may install and add the printer. ( Reference Document )
