Hello!
I need your urgent helps on this!
I really need to do the color print but I cannot find a way to adjust the setting on my mac pro (13inch)
My laptop and the printer is connected via USB and there's no connection problem since the black and white print works.
The printer itself works fine. I just changed both black/white and color ink cartridge. Also, in the alignment page printed fine in color.
I've looked up and tried all the way that I can find on google -- but it does not work for me!!
Can somebody help me and give me step by step instructions on how to do the color print on mac pro with HP OfficeJet 3830?
Thank you so much!

Hi @Jiwoo,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
-
Load plain paper into the input tray.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
-
Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
