@THEBIGJOCK, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Run the Network troubleshooter
- Select the Start button > Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
- Under Change your network settings, select Network troubleshooter.
- Follow the steps in the troubleshooter, and see if that fixes the problem.
- Reboot the PC.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Restart the network devices
- Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer/ mobile devices.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
- Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
- Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
- Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz.
On the printer screen, go to Setup > network > Restore network defaults
Go back to network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and connect the printer to the network.
Let me know how this goes.

@THEBIGJOCK Just to confirm, since you've mentioned the issue "was", does that mean the issue is now, resolved?
If not, click here to upgrade the printer firmware, if the issue persists, do tell, and I'll do my best to help you out.
Keep us posted.
