Hello all,
Is there anywhere to download true 64-Bit drivers for the OfficeJet Pro 8600, 8630, 8740, 9020?
These are required to allow scanning to one of our software vendors, but I have been unable to locate any.
Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response.
I have actually already tried those drivers listed that you link by going to the products page.
I have tried them again though anyhow, but they do not work as the software is unable to talk to the printer/scanner.
I am able to get the software to talk with other manufacturers using 64-Bit drivers so it appears to be an issue with the HP drivers in particular.
Are these the only drivers available? We need true 64-Bit drivers for this to work.
Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin,
These drivers are native and true 64-bit drivers, those are fully working...
What do you mean by "being able to get the software to talk with other manufacturers"?
From your description I would rather suspect any connectivity related issue.
What exact behavior or error occurs when you try to install the printer?
What is the exact IP Address of your printers?
What is the exact IP Address of your PC?

The software we use will talk to other manufacturers scanners (Fujitsu) that are running a 64-Bit driver, but it will not detect the HP's.
It's not connectivity related as the print and scan functions work perfect on the PC itself. Just not with the software.
I was informed by the software vendor that I needed to check and see if you all offered true 64-Bit drivers as they have switched there program over to 64-Bit Java 11 for the software which now required that to function.
There is no errors when installing as it installs fine. It's really just a driver problem at this point and was hoping there may be other drivers available that would work.
Thanks

Ok, so from your description I understand the HP Software is working, but a 3rd party software doesn't detect the printers?
The HP Scan and twain drivers are 32-bit, this is the same for all consumer HP printers.
