HP Pagewide Pro 477 dw MFP

We have 2 HP All-In-Ones.  Our main unit is the HP PageWide Pro477 dw MFP.   Our "Administrator" is no longer employed with me.    I am unable to sign in and manage my account.  I go to HTTPS://192.168.86.29 and it requires a Username and Password for LOGIN INFORMATION.   I am registered with HP under [Personal Information Removed].  In the HP Utility APP, I have tried using [Personal Information Removed] and every password I know.  Nothing works AND there is not a way to find Username or reset password.  I have now restored my HP 477 to factory settings twice.   Still have the same issue.  In the HP Utility,  the tab under DEVICE ADMINISTRATION where it asks for "Set/Change Admin Password" requires the OLD password to set a new one.  Again... dead end.   I do not have full functionality of my HP All-In-One.  I can scan to my desktop, but that is about it.

I have spent HOURS.   Scoured the HP support pages.  Nothing works and I have tried everything I have found.
