Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

As many other posts I've seen, the Windows Store is blocked at my company and I cannot install the HP Smart software for the Officejet 8025e for one of my end-users. Is there somewhere I could download the basic drivers or the All-in-one driver/software package like many other printers I have installed in the past? This was never an issue until recently, as before those options were available on the driver download page.

Hi,

You may expend the Software-Utility category and download HP Easy Star, the categories were re-arranged a while ago.

 

You may access HP Easy Start directly using below link as well, be sure to select the HP Basic or HP Full Feature Software option during the Software selection dialog:
