Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

My scanner on my HP Desk Jet 8020 series printer is not able to be located all of a sudden.   How do I find the  correct most up to  date  and accurate or correct driver(s) in order to return its functions?

Audio issues in my laptop can someone help me  out please 

I have tried everything from updating drivers and re installing thee windows 

what can I do

Bluetooth and headphones are working when connected 

also can I claim warranty from Pakistan??
