Currently unable to find what to whitelist in our URL filter s/w so the HP Smart App will continue to work. We can get to hpsmart.com via browswer, it is the app itself that will not connect to anything, just sits there on the blue HP Smart screen.

What is the exact issue, could you elaborate more?

What is the current OS installed?

This is for the HP Smart app on Windows 10 or 11. Our URL filtering software is blocking it from opening. I am attempting to discover from the filter side, but from HP side, what needs to be whitelisted?

The URL is events.launchdarkly.com
