For whatever reason, my printer decided not to print off either my pc win 10 or from phone anymore. I've tried uninstalling drivers, removing driver via win + R / printui method....reinstalled drivers but my pc still says drivers unavailable, if i look at printer device selected in control panel >priners and scanners. Error message if i try to print and hp scan doctor has green ticks on everything except print queue, but does not say what is the specific problem .. only that trying to print test paper, the same error message pops up and no other solution is offered.

 

Getting really fed up with thisnow...any help would be great
