Hi @taylorj95,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Setting up your HP Deskjet F2210 All-in-One Printer on a Mac Mini running macOS 13.1 involves a few steps. Here's a general guide on how to do it.
Connect the Printer:
- Ensure your printer is plugged in and turned on.
- Connect the printer to your Mac Mini using a USB cable.
Install Printer Software:
- macOS usually has built-in drivers for many printers, including some HP models. So, before installing any software, try adding the printer through macOS settings.
- Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the '+' button to add a printer.
- If your HP Deskjet F2210 is detected, select it and add it. If not, proceed with installing the software.
Download HP Drivers:
- Visit the HP support website (https://support.hp.com).
- Enter your printer model (F2210) and select the macOS 13.1 as your operating system.
- Download the latest driver package for your printer.
Install HP Printer Software:
- Run the downloaded driver package (usually a .dmg file).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the HP printer software.
- It might ask for your admin password during the installation process.
Complete Setup:
- Once the software is installed, restart your Mac Mini if prompted.
- After the restart, go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Printers & Scanners again.
- Click the '+' button to add a printer.
- Your HP Deskjet F2210 should now be available in the list. Select it and add it.
Test Printing:
- To ensure your printer is set up correctly, try printing a test page.
Your HP Deskjet F2210 should now be set up and ready to use on your Mac Mini running macOS 13.1.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
