First off: NEVER POST YOUR PHONE NUMBER HERE!!!! There are an incredible number of fraudsters that continually checking these boards to see if they can find someone with issues that they can scam. You have now opened yourself up to numerous people who will call you, tell you they are from HP, say they need remote access to control your computer, ask for credit cards and tell you that it is going to cost hundreds of dollars to fix any number of imaginary issues with your computer and then a few days later you will post here complaining that HP ripped you off. So if you get any calls from someone saying they are from HP and they saw your post here, they are LYING. This board does not offer live phone support, this is a user to user, internet based support forum.
As you do not state what model of printer you have there is limited guidance I can provide. Drivers for most HP products are available from support.hp.com
