Product: HP DeskJet 2734e All-in-One Printer

 

Hello,

I am trying to set up an HP DeskJet 2734e that my mother purchased a few years ago but never ended up using.

Unfortunately, the original "Setup" cartridges that came in the box are long gone. The printer is currently locked and won't let me complete the initial setup without them. I have brand new, genuine HP 67 standard cartridges installed and ready to go, but the printer is rejecting them because the Out of Box Experience (OOBE) initialization was never completed.

Could an HP support agent please send me a Private Message with the specific button combination to perform an OOBE reset on the DeskJet 2734e so I can bypass the setup cartridge requirement?
