HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I had a hard disk failure. Bought an SSD to replace the HDD and loaded Windows 10 (64-bit). The printer driver installer contained in the backup will not run on Windows 10. I need a windows 10 driver for HP C7280 Printer. When I go to the backup folder from which I had (years ago) connected the printer to my computer, it tells me I need Windows 7 or Vista to run the printer setup. Apparently, when I was forced to upgrade from Vista to Windows 10, the Windows 10 upgrade kept the printer driver that ran on Vista, but now that I have only Windows 10,  I can't  run the driver installer.
