I do have HP Deskjet F4580 all purpose printer. But I lost my software installation CD. Now I would like to install the printer in my system which has Windows 10 OS (64 BIT). I tried many ways but could not able to install successfully.
I am not getting the exact driver details. When I cross check the Device Manager, it says printer device is working normally.
But I could not able to utilize scanner option. I tried running HP printer & scan doctor it says Scanner is not working and ask me to reach HP support care or community.
Kindly assist where I will get exact software to install the printer and I can start utilize my printer.
Thanks in advance,
Gopal (Gops)

Hello Gops16,
Follow the procedure if this feature has been disabled and you want to enable it.
This function is only available for Windows.
Note: For security reasons, remote scanning is disabled by default. To enable this feature, in the Embedded Web Server, open the Settings tab, click Security and Administrator Settings, check the Enable box next to Scanning from a computer or portable device, and then click Apply.
When this feature is enabled, anyone with access to the printer can also scan content placed on the scanner glass without restriction.
Enable Scan to Computer (Windows)
Use the HP Print Assistant application to enable scanning to a computer if it has been disabled.
Open the HP Printer Assistant.
Windows 10: On the Start menu, click All Apps, click HP, and then select the printer name.
Windows 8.1: Click the down arrow in the lower left corner of the Start screen, then select the printer name.
Windows 8: Right-click an empty area on the Start screen, click All Apps on the app tray, and then select the printer name.
Windows 7: From the computer desktop, click Start, select All Programs, click HP, then the printer folder and select the printer name.
Click the Scan section.
Select Manage Scan to Computer.
Click Activate.
