Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp windows 10 computer crashed.  Hp helped me do a complete restore to new factory settings. 

 

Before the crash my computer and my hp printer j4580 worked fine together. 

 

Now I can't get the drivers to even download from the official hp website and install on my computer (the one they were on before the crash).

 

Any help is appreciated. 

 

The tech support just wanted me to buy a new printer.  Not a solution, just a ploy to try to get me to buy a new printer.
