What I did to solve the issue.   First look in the menu of the printer for the printer IP address.  Next install the printer via windows 10 "pirnters and scanners"  >> "add a printer"  -> via IP adress.

 

When this is done, run the hp software.  Ths software will propose to do a fix.  Accept and be patient.  Afterwards all the printersoftware was working on my PC.  🙂
