HP ENVY 6000 - Recently purchased.    Will NOT PRINT in LANDSCAPE, though I set to LANDSCAPE in Setup.

To resolve the issue of your HP ENVY 6000 not printing in landscape mode, you can follow these steps to download and install the latest drivers and software for your printer.

 

Uninstall Old Drivers:

  • Open the Control Panel on your computer.
  • Go to "Programs" > "Programs and Features."
  • Find any existing HP printer drivers related to your old printer and uninstall them.

Download the Latest Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads.
  • Enter "HP ENVY 6000" in the search box and select your specific printer model from the list.
  • Choose your operating system from the drop-down menu (it should automatically detect your OS).
  • Download the latest "Full Feature Software and Drivers" package.

Install the New Drivers:

  • Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the new drivers and software.
  • Restart your computer after the installation is complete.

Configure Printer Settings:

  • Open a document and go to the print dialog (usually found under "File" > "Print").
  • Select your HP ENVY 6000 printer from the list of available printers.
  • Click on "Preferences" or "Properties" to open the printer settings.
