Hi @ Ellisok83,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Sure, here are the general steps to perform a factory reset on an HP Officejet Pro 9015e printer. Keep in mind that this process might vary slightly depending on firmware updates or changes. Make sure to consult the printer's manual or HP's support resources for the most accurate information.

  1. Power On the Printer:
    • Ensure that your printer is powered on.
  2. Access the Control Panel:
    • If your printer has a touchscreen display, use the touchscreen to navigate to the Setup or Preferences menu.
  3. Restore Defaults:
    • Look for an option like "Restore Defaults," "Factory Reset," or "Reset All Settings." This may be located under a "Tools" or "Utilities" menu.
  4. Confirm Reset:
    • The printer will likely ask you to confirm the reset. Confirm the action, and the printer will initiate the factory reset process.
  5. Wait for Completion:
    • The printer will take a few moments to reset. Once the process is complete, the printer should restart with the factory default settings.
  6. Setup Again:
    • After the factory reset, you may need to set up the printer again. This may include connecting it to your Wi-Fi network and installing any necessary drivers on your computer.

Remember that performing a factory reset will erase any custom settings, such as network configurations or preferences, so be prepared to reconfigure the printer after the reset.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
