Product: HP LaserJet 6L
Hello,
I have already asked for the printer HP LaserJet 6L on Windows 7 64bit but also currently testing Windows 10 64bit.
I have the following situation. The printer is old and has an old interface: IEEE1284 (known as centronics or parallel.) I use Adapter IEEE1285-to-USB. If I look at Properties, the printer is connected to USB001 port and is reported as "HP LaserJet 6L PS Class Driver". However, nothing is printed. Also, I get error when trying to configure USB001 port.
Sometimes Windows 10 reports the device as a well one and working and otherwise the device is not connected: code 45.
I wonder what else I can do since Troubleshooting doesn't work.
Thanks
