HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to scan documents on a HP Envy 4500 but keep getting error messages that the software for this product is no longer supported. Is there a work around for this issue? The printer works fine and it would be a shame to render it obsolete due to software.

Thanks Fabio: That didn't work but I ended up connecting directly to the printer and worked around the issue. The wireless connection still needs to be resolved.

Cheers

Hello @Robosaur

But what error does it bring? Because the driver I provided there installs step by step.

Best regards
