@gmorris723, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reset the password for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e, you can perform a factory reset. Here are the steps:

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Access the Setup Menu: On the printer’s touchscreen, tap the "Setup" icon (it looks like a wrench).
  3. Navigate to Printer Maintenance: Scroll to and select "Printer Maintenance" or "Restore Settings" (depending on your printer's menu version).
  4. Restore Factory Defaults: Look for "Restore Factory Defaults" or "Reset" and select it.
  5. Confirm Reset: If prompted, confirm that you want to perform the reset. This will restore the printer to its factory settings, including resetting the password and all settings.

After the reset, you can set a new custom password and update your drivers.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
