Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to print using aftermarket cartridges. Please provide old firmware so I can continue to use my printer. About to throw away and never purchase HP product ever again.

We do not judge what people decide to do.

Perhaps remove all your data from the printer and then donate it instead of trashing it.

There is no legal way to bypass the printer's requirement for HP-Chipped cartridges.
