HP Deskjet 1510 All-In-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had an error with the HP Deskjet 1510 All-In-One printer that I use with my HP Pavilion.

There was an error and a file stuck in the queue. The file could not be eliminated.

I finally decided to uninstall the drivers for the printer. That also removed the file.

When I looked on HP for the drivers, I met "Forbidden" on the pages where the drivers are located.

I went to the CNet site and downloaded instead, the HP Printer Smart, software. That software works and everything is fine.

On the HP website (not the CNet website) did I reach the HP driver Forbidden pages by mistake?

Just curious.
