Product: HP Laserjet 1012
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

THe printer was working just fine until about 2 days ago. All of a sudden, the system couldn’t find the printer. I removed the old driver thinking that I could easily re-install it, but now can’t find the driver. HELP!

Hi,

Download and install below drivers for your printer:

https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?locale=en_US

 

If the printer is still not listed, I suggest trying another USB cable and check for any change.
