Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer

Need to DELETE HP+ Account for HP OfficeJet PRO 9010e Printer.

 

I moved from Czech Republic to Germany.  HP Service Desk informed me to DELETE Czech Initiated HP account and CREATE NEW ACCOUNT with German address as well as DELETE HP Smart software and reinstall withe GERMANY as country.

 

The "pull the hair out moment" is not being able to delete the Czech account!  This should be so SIMPLE in the 21st Century but HP has decided otherwise 🙂

 

PLEASE HELP ASAP.  THANK YOU.  (using MacOS Ventura 13.3)
