I had the printer from new in storage and now cannot get original set up cartridges to work.

error messages use original set up cartridges , they are to old I guess, then when putting new cartridges in, error appears again. Need to by pass this step to get printer which is old but brand new to work.

I'd like to help!

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error 

  • The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
