I understand you are trying to cancel your HP ENVY 4520 printer at your summer home and activate another printer at your winter home, follow these steps:
 

Cancel the Printer at Your Summer Home

Open the HP Smart App:

  • On your computer or mobile device, launch the HP Smart app.

Select the Printer:

  • Find and select your summer home printer (HP ENVY 4520) from the list.

Manage Settings:

  • Click on the printer settings or the gear icon.
  • Look for options related to your HP Instant Ink subscription or printer management.

Cancel Subscription (if applicable):

  • If you have an active Instant Ink subscription linked to the summer home printer, you can cancel it from this section.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

Activate the Printer at Your Winter Home

Connect the Printer:

  • Ensure your winter home printer (which could be another HP ENVY 4520 or a different model) is set up and connected to your Wi-Fi network.

Open the HP Smart App:

  • If you haven’t already, download and install the HP Smart app on your device.

Add the New Printer:

  • In the HP Smart app, select “Add Printer” or the "+" icon.
  • The app should automatically detect the printer connected to your network.
  • Select your winter home printer from the list and follow the prompts to complete the setup.

Reactivate Instant Ink (if applicable):

  • If you wish to activate Instant Ink for your winter home printer, you can sign up for the service within the HP Smart app.
  • Follow the prompts to link your printer to your Instant Ink account.

Additional Tips

  • Ensure Both Printers Are Off: Before switching, make sure both printers are powered off to avoid any connectivity issues.
  • Check Wi-Fi Connections: Make sure your winter home printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network you want it to use.
  • Visit HP Instant Ink Website: You can also manage your subscriptions by logging into your HP Instant Ink account online.
