Product: HP6500A Plus printer
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Need to download compatible updated HP driver software for my Old HP6500A Plus printer in order to connect with my MacBook Pro (OS High Sierra 10.13.6, 2011) computer and the printer warranty is expired and not supported. Where can I find the proper HP driver software for this printer?

Hi,

Download and install below drivers:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/ASU/HPPrinterDrivers5.1.dm...

 

Ensure the printer is ready and connected to your Mac, from System Preferences > Printers & Scanenrs click the plus sign and select your printer, then select your printer model from within the Use drop-down menu and press Add.
